BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Agents will be doing customer service role mainly answering pre and post sales questions through email correspondence.
  • They will also be doing order processing - creating order forms, invoices and refund processes.
  •  They are also expected to have high accuracy in terms of the information they are giving to our customers

  • Attendance
  • Campaign Specific KPIs
  • Satisfaction rate

COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

  •  Strong customer service background
  • Good in email construction
  • No previous record of fraud
  •  Good attendance record
  •  At least 2 years in college
  • Neutral accent

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years BPO experience preferably with email experience handling an international account.
  •  With customer service experience
  • Keen attention to details
  • Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
  • Good typing skills.
  • Willing to work in any schedule.
  • Resourceful and passionate about people
  • Strong Customer service background
  • Having experience with retention campaign is an advantage.
  • Should be able to handle enraged customers
  • Good attendance record
