  • Ability to multitask, should be flexible, knows basic keyboard shortcuts.
  • Average to excellent typing skills and internet savvy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CSR experience for at least 2 years
  • Average to excellent oral and written skills
  • Knowledgeable when it comes to MS Office specially Excel
  • Conversational, persistent and with high enthusiasm level
