BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Agents will do both Inbound and Outbound calls for Dotcom Products
  • Agents will do both sales and customer service tasks
  • The agents are expected to cover customer service and convert it to sales as well as to
  • perform retention for customers wanting to cancel order and subscription

KEY RESULT AREAS:

  • $400/day sales combination of Inbound and Outbound

COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

  • Speaks well, ability to build rapport.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Must be willing to work in a high call volume environment.
  • Professionally mature since it requires methodical process and it takes time to close.
  • Agents to quickly learn and get themselves
  • familiar with BANT and learn how to translate it into a process driven approach.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Can hold a conversation, know how to ask questions.
  • Seasoned agents are ideal. The preference are agents with at least 2 years of experience on the phone and have solid sales and customer service experience.
  • Understand basic computer navigation
  • Knows how to use Microsoft office tools
  • Versed on using soft phone
