BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Agents will do both Inbound and Outbound calls for Dotcom Products
- Agents will do both sales and customer service tasks
- The agents are expected to cover customer service and convert it to sales as well as to
- perform retention for customers wanting to cancel order and subscription
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- $400/day sales combination of Inbound and Outbound
COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
- Speaks well, ability to build rapport.
- Can work under pressure.
- Must be willing to work in a high call volume environment.
- Professionally mature since it requires methodical process and it takes time to close.
- Agents to quickly learn and get themselves
- familiar with BANT and learn how to translate it into a process driven approach.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Can hold a conversation, know how to ask questions.
- Seasoned agents are ideal. The preference are agents with at least 2 years of experience on the phone and have solid sales and customer service experience.
- Understand basic computer navigation
- Knows how to use Microsoft office tools
- Versed on using soft phone
