Job Description

  • Receive goods with relevant departments and input data into the software.
  • Check and report daily sales revenue.
  • Control internal cash flow (income and expenses).
  • Monitor current costs, check inventory, prepare monthly Material Variance Reports, and request explanations from operational departments for any discrepancies (if any).
  • Review the payroll prepared by C&B, account for salary expenses, and allocate according to regulations.
  • Review and prepare payment documents before submitting them to the Board of Directors for approval.
  • Receive and verify damaged or canceled documents from departments; account for receivables and payables of employees (if any) and forward them to HR for processing.
  • Calculate the cost of goods sold at the end of the period, check data on types, quantities, and values of inventory.
  • Prepare reports as required by the department head and the Board of Directors.
  • Provide regular weekly reports or report on arising tasks to the Board of Directors.
  • Control and store accounting documents in accordance with internal record-keeping management.
