Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
3. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
5. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
6. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to the sales team to improve performance.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to enhance the company's reputation and generate new business opportunities.
9. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant in the market.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
8. Fluency in English and Khmer, both written and verbal.
9. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
10. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
