Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients, building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports and providing insights to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Sales Training:
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Share best practices and insights with the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the business management or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in English and Khmer.
Additional Requirements
- Deep understanding of the Cambodian business landscape and market dynamics.
- Experience in selling business management and tax services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
