Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
- Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems.
- Manage IT budget and resources effectively.
IT Project Management:
- Lead and participate in IT projects, such as system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
IT Security:
- Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security assessments and risk assessments.
- Respond to security incidents and breaches.
IT Support:
Provide technical support to staff and clients.
Troubleshoot IT issues and provide timely resolutions.
Manage IT helpdesk and support services.
IT Audit and Compliance:
- Conduct IT audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify and implement IT controls to mitigate risks.
Team Management:
- Manage and develop the IT team.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, network, and security.
- Proven project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the audit or consulting industry is preferred.
