Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative social media content, including posts, captions, and graphics, that align with our brand identity and target audience.
- Community Management: Actively engage with our followers on various social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Content Calendar: Create and manage a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant posting.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance, track trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Campaign Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new menu items, special events, and other initiatives.
- Paid Advertising: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
