We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and enhance our brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing Leadership:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
    • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
    • Motivate and inspire the team to exceed expectations and achieve their individual goals.
  • Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and target potential clients, building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
    • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
  • Brand Management:
    • Develop and implement effective branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
    • Manage the company's online and offline marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and public relations.
    • Monitor brand perception and reputation, addressing any negative feedback or issues.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
    • Analyze market data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, preparing regular reports and providing insights to management.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role, preferably in the business management or consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer.

Additional Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the Cambodian business landscape and market dynamics.
  • Experience in selling business management and tax services.
