Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Motivate and inspire the team to exceed expectations and achieve their individual goals.
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients, building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Brand Management:
- Develop and implement effective branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
- Manage the company's online and offline marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and public relations.
- Monitor brand perception and reputation, addressing any negative feedback or issues.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Analyze market data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Sales Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, preparing regular reports and providing insights to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role, preferably in the business management or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in English and Khmer.
Additional Requirements
- Deep understanding of the Cambodian business landscape and market dynamics.
- Experience in selling business management and tax services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
