Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to support our daily operations by managing administrative tasks, accounting functions, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Accounting Tasks: Assist with basic accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure that inventory records are accurate and up to date.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of financial transactions, customer interactions, and inventory data.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on administrative, accounting, and inventory activities as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, accounting, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
  • Experience in inventory management is a plus.
