Job Title: Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to support our daily operations by managing administrative tasks, accounting functions, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Accounting Tasks: Assist with basic accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure that inventory records are accurate and up to date.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of financial transactions, customer interactions, and inventory data.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on administrative, accounting, and inventory activities as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative roles, accounting, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- Experience in inventory management is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with standard working hours.
- May require occasional overtime to meet deadlines.
