Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Provide overall leadership and direction to the company, ensuring alignment with the CEO's vision and strategic goals.
    • Manage and develop a high-performing team across all departments, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
    • Oversee daily operations, including HR, finance, sales, marketing, and administration.
    • Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their work.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base and revenue streams.
    • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to increase market share.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring the company's profitability and sustainability.
    • Prepare and review financial reports and budgets.
    • Manage cash flow and optimize resource allocation.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's operations, including financial, legal, and operational risks.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the business management or consulting industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving business goals and driving growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Khmer.
