Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team in Phnom Penh. The candidate will be responsible for managing the app development project for our real estate development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, app development, and the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the app development project for our real estate development, from conception to completion - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure the project stays on track and within budget - Oversee the development team and ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure the app meets the needs of the company and its customers - Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to senior management - Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise during the project - Ensure the app is user-friendly, visually appealing, and meets all technical requirements - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the app is competitive and innovative - Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in the project - Monitor and report on project performance, including key metrics and KPIs - Ensure timely delivery of the project within the set timeline and budget Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in app development and/or the real estate industry - Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion - Strong understanding of app development processes and methodologies - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Fluent in Khmer and English We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and development - Dynamic and collaborative work environment - Chance to be a part of a leading real estate development company in Cambodia If you are a driven and experienced Project Director with a passion for app development and the real estate industry, we would love to hear from you.
