Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Marketing Manager to lead our sales team and drive ground sales efforts across Cambodia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with the ability to develop strategies that enhance revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share in Cambodia.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct regular meetings and performance evaluations.
- Ground Sales: Engage in direct sales activities, building relationships with potential clients through face-to-face interactions in the field.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management, analyzing results and recommending improvements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
- Training and Development: Organize training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Cambodian market and business landscape is highly desirable.
Working Conditions:
- This position requires traveing across Cambodia for ground sales activities.
- Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to meet sales targets.
