As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and will be expected to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding our products and services

- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary

- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products to effectively assist customers

- Process customer orders and requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

- Proactively identify and suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a telecommunications or related industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Fluent in both English and Khmer (written and spoken)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
