IT Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Engineer to join our dynamic team in Prek, Cambodia. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure and systems. This includes managing servers, networks, and security systems, as well as providing technical support to our employees and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement IT infrastructure and systems to meet the company's needs and objectives - Manage and maintain servers, networks, and security systems - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide timely support to employees and clients - Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of availability and security - Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning - Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that improve business processes and productivity - Train and support employees on the use of IT systems and software - Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and processes Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong knowledge of network and server administration, including Windows and Linux systems - Experience with virtualization, cloud computing, and storage solutions - Familiarity with security systems and protocols - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Fluency in English, both written and spoken We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
