Project Manager

• Relevant experience as a senior (5 years or >) Project Manager
• Will be able to be present in the Antwerp Office (+/- 2days a week)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall)
• Relevant experience with ERP for HR Projects
• Fluent in English. knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

As a Project manager at Manuchar, you will be part of our Project Management Office (PMO). You will be defining, implementing and managing projects from conception to final delivery. You will be responsible for achieving optimal results, conforming to standards for quality, safety and sustainability and complying with defined scope, performance, costs, and schedule.

Your main responsibilities are:
Organizing, coordinating and leading the project.
Resource planning in detail per week/month.
Managing the scope.
Maintaining stakeholder engagement and communication.
Supervising the projects progress.
Coordinating, recording and ensuring quality compliance.
Circulating and distributing information from the project Sponsor.
Ensuring the project helps to support the organization's wider business and IT-goals.
Complying with budgets and delivery times.


We are looking for a Senior Project Manager that has:
- minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management,
- a strong understanding of Waterfall methodology, project lifecycle management, and risk mitigation strategies,
- the ability to develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources efficiently in MS Project,
- experience in budget creation, financial tracking, and ensuring project delivery within budget constraints,
- effective verbal and written communication to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clarity and understanding,
- expertise in managing stakeholder expectations, gathering requirements, and maintaining positive relationships,
- the ability to adapt to changing project conditions and requirements, ensuring project continuity and success,
- expertise in implementing ERP for HR projects (is a plus),
- expertise in Microsoft Project and Project Online (Azure DevOps is a plus),
- Is fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
