B2B Sales Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Manager to join our esteemed clients chartered accountancy practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in selling financial products or services. As the Business Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our client base and generating revenue by identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the financial sector.

This is an office based role: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Duties:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients who require financial products or services.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.

  • Proactively prospect new clients through various channels.

  • Tailor solutions to meet client's financial needs and communicate our value

    proposition effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Stay updated with industry regulations and advancements in financial products.
  • Track sales activities and provide regular reports on performance.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the financial sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
