Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for a Corporate Human Resources Manager. The role involves overseeing and developing HR strategies, policies, and practices to align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing compensation and benefits, and leading HR projects to drive employee engagement and organizational growth.

  • Expertise in HR management, employee relations, and knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong skills in talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Proficiency in performance management, training, and employee development.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits management, and HR compliance.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze HR metrics and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential; advanced certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD are an advantage.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a managerial HR role, ideally within a regional organization or similar industry.
