Nail Technician - Sales

MADI International is looking for a passionate and commercially driven Nail Technician with strong outdoor sales experience to join our team in Bahrain. In this role, you will combine your technical nail expertise with sales skills to grow business, conduct professional demos, develop salon partnerships, and drive brand growth across the market.

Requirements:

• Certified Nail Technician
• Previous outdoor sales experience in the beauty industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct professional demos and convert them into sales
• Commercial mindset with passion for beauty and client engagement
• Ability to promote brand campaigns, focus products, and seasonal offers
• Ability to provide technical support and education to clients
• Ability to expand existing accounts and open new business opportunities
• Ability to introduce new brands
• 3-7 years of relevant experience (Preferred)
