Hair Care-Professional Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs on hair care techniques, products, and trends for hairstylists and salon professionals.
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
• Customize training materials and presentations to meet the needs of different skill levels and learning styles.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to foster continuous learning and skill development among trainees.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to incorporate into training programs.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to provide feedback and insights on hair care products.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements to enhance the overall quality of training programs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a hairstylist or hair care professional with a strong background in salon operations.
• Previous experience in training, education, or mentoring within the beauty industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hair care and a commitment to sharing knowledge and skills with others.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for training sessions and events. 
• Driving License is mandatory.
