Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative with 2-4 years of experience in selling products to SPAs or salons within hotels. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding market trends, and being updated with the latest and upcoming projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with hotel-based SPAs and salons.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting products to current and prospective customers in the hotel SPA and salon industry.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest trends, projects, and upcoming developments in the region to identify new sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product line, and present the features and benefits to prospective clients in an engaging and informative manner.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize market penetration and grow the customer base.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management, including feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
Key Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: 2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably with a company that provides products to SPAs or salons within hotels.
- Project Awareness: A keen understanding of the latest and upcoming hotel and hospitality projects in the region.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Client-Centric Approach: Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide exceptional service.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Technology Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience with luxury or wellness products.
- Knowledge of the regional hospitality industry and hotel supply chains.
