About the job Training Center Coordinator

- Handles the operations process, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.

- Provides inspired solutions for day-to-day operations of the company.

- Follow up between with other departments in country and corporate departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.

- Responsible for logistics events & activities to make sure it runs smoothly.

- Checking sales returns process conditions and reasons.

- Ensure delivery optimizations & route planning to reduce challenges and delays for orders delivery.

- Controls company assets;

- Accountable for Head office & district petty cash purchases (Suppliers, vendors, contracts etc...);

- Head Office team management and training center team ensuring workflow operates properly training schedules, cleanliness, Hygiene

- Coordinate between the audit firm and the corporate team.

- Review the training schedule and confirm appointments to deliver training.

- Ensure preparations are set at the required time.

- Develop reports and evaluations on the training sessions given.

- Monitor the feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with the companys products.

- Focuses on customer service, inventory, technical center cleanliness, technical center displays, product stocking, customer complaints and return

- Always Maintain all assigned training assets in effective shape.

- Keeps the reception area tidy and appealing

- Supervises and ensures a hygienic and standardized professional work environment

- Take and carry out phone calls, answers enquiries clearly and book appointments.

- Ensure proper communication of all plans with respective people within the company such as sales teams and principles.

- Keeps stock and Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine orders and inventory levels

- Maintains and follows up on stock withdrawals.

- Follows up on orders and deliveries for the technical center.

- Monitors shelf life, buffer stocks and product displays.

- Supports other teams with various administrative tasks.

- Follows and keeps track of staff absence and presence
