About the job Business Development Executive
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Madi International. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the client database within our market. You will work collaboratively with the Sales, Marketing, and Educational teams to ensure seamless service delivery, strengthen relationships with key accounts, and achieve sales and collection targets.
- Sales and Collection Achievements :
Achieve sales targets by brand and customer monthly.
Build brand visibility and increase market share through maximum distribution.
Maintain a sales return rate below 3%.
- Account Conversion
Secure at least 5-6 new accounts per quarter during the first year.
Professionally present and promote our brand portfolio to key accounts.
Target and convert potential key accounts into clients, creating significant turnover through regular market visits.
- Pursuing New Opportunities :
Identify and act on new product and service opportunities.
Convert competitor clients into Madi International customers.
Contribute to building the client database and provide market intelligence.
Secure leads for new projects, including salon or spa openings or renovations.
- Key Account Relationship Management :
Conduct business reviews and maintain strong professional relationships.
Address client concerns and provide product education in collaboration with marketing and training teams.
Support marketing events, seminars, and open days.
- Key Account Checklist Execution :
Prepare and execute weekly key account tracking reports.
Stay updated on product knowledge through training.
Coordinate with brand managers and demand planners to ensure product availability.
