About the job Sales Supervisor/Female
- Provides day-to-day supervision of activities including training, manpower planning, motivation, and performance evaluation of sales representatives;
- Directs the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc., and evaluates data to ensure area goals are met;
- Ensures sales objectives are met within Madi International strategies and maintains coordination with other departments;
- Accompanies sales rep on calls where appropriate, and contributes to training of less experienced sales representatives;
- Provides technical advice to sales Team;
- Independently prepares sales contracts, and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions;
- Communicates new products and service opportunities;
- Proposes special sales activities to reduce stock;
- Establishes positive relationships and maintains rapport for continuous business process.
- Follows up the preparation and delivery of statement of accounts to clients.
- Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.
- Generates and escalates periodic and requested reports on changes in the market condition, competitive activities, and client preference/needs ensuring accuracy and timely delivery;
- Respects all of the companys internal rules, policies and procedures;
- Assists in carrying out Annual Appraisals for subordinates;
- Analyzes and fills all required reports on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly bases;
- Sets a good example regarding punctuality, hygiene, attendance and attitude;
