We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Female Professional Trainer for Hair willing to relocate to Bahrain   to join our dynamic team. This role requires relocation, and we offer comprehensive relocation assistance to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for hair care professionals on product usage, techniques, and trends.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of hair care specialists.
• Stay updated with the latest hair care trends, products, and techniques to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create and deliver product training materials.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training to salon staff and clients.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Travel to various locations as needed to conduct training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional hair trainer or similar role in the hair care industry.
• In-depth knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and industry trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire trainees.
• Willingness to relocate and travel extensively as required.
• Certification from a recognized hair care academy is preferred.
