Job description

We are looking for a Corporate Demand Planning Officer who is responsible for ensuring optimal stock availability across all Madi International warehouses and markets, balancing demand and supply to avoid overstock or stock-out situations. This role requires close collaboration with suppliers, regional teams, and logistics partners to ensure efficient and timely product availability. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product lines based on historical data, sales trends, promotions, and market intelligence.
  • Monitor and control stock levels in the CWH and country warehouses to ensure smooth replenishment across all regions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers worldwide to place and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
  • Track shipments, liaise with freight forwarders, and proactively address any delays or supply chain disruptions.
  • Align with sales & marketing teams on forecast accuracy, promotional plans, and product launches.
  • Prepare regular reports on demand accuracy, inventory health, and service levels.
  • Analyze slow-moving and obsolete stock across countries for necessary action.
  • Maintain accurate system data by updating discontinued items, applying replacements, and adding newly launched SKUs as per supplier updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across functions and regions.
