Inside Sales Representative

MacFawn Fire & Flood Restoration is currently interviewing for the Inside Sales Representative opportunity to help create client relationships. The Inside Sales Representative will work out of the Albany, NY office and provide support to the Business Development Department and main office.

Responsibilities:

• Hold understanding of Company services and values

• Reach out to potential clients through phone calls and emails

• Pursue incoming leads

• Update internal database

• Attend sales meetings

• Work with sales team to achieve additional sales goals

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid drivers license

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent phone and email skills

• Excellent active listening skills

• Experience in outbound sales/call center preferred

• Friendly

• Positive attitude

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $16/hour - $18/hour based on experience
