For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business analyst with experience in pensions.

What are you going to do?

You will join a Process design team at one of their Pension clients as part of a bigger policy management (PM) system implementation. The Process team is responsible for defining the to-be business processes for the new PM system. You will participate in client workshops to define the new processes (making use of flowcharts, descriptions, etc.) and agree on the new way of working with the client.

Primary Skillset and what do you bring?

We are looking for a senior person and hoping for more than 5 years of relevant work experience as a Business/Process analyst in the Dutch Pension industry. And also:

•  Deep understanding of the Dutch pension market and its products;
• Able to design/redesign business processes related to policy mutations;
• Keep a critical view on standardizing business processes as much as possible;
• Good communication skills and ability to stand your ground in client workshops.
