Job Description

As a Business Analyst within the area of Loan Products & Payments (part of the Financing tribe), you work in a squad that works on applications for wholesale customers with the aim to improve the overall customer experience. The Wholesale & Rural (W&R) domain within IT Systems supports wholesale and rural banks across the globe. W&R is divided into 3 different tribes: Markets & Treasury, Financing, and CBD (Clients, Bankers, and Data services). Within the Financing tribe, the Loan Products & Payment area will focus on executing the Core Banking Transformation (CBT) program, one of the important strategic programs within the Wholesale & Rural organization. will make it easy for the clients to do business with the bank by focusing on simplified operational processes, data value creation, automation of risk controls, and driving (digital) innovations. The area is working closely together with strategic programs within other domains to realize the bank's digital transformation. Squad Global Facilities is responsible for the facilities, collaterals, and covenants. They are the owner of the Facilities module of the system and work closely with the other squads. The team members are very diverse in backgrounds, experiences, and cultures. Most communication will be in English as the end-users, team members and other stakeholders reside in different locations across the globe.

Your profile:
- Has a degree in the field of Computer Sciences or Business Administration
- Has experience with aligning with Business (so can have a business mindset to think in outcome/value for the business)
- Experience in Oracle Flex cube (preferably ELCM/Facility module)
- Has an affinity with the Facilities' business
(at least) basic testing skills - Is able to identify and implement process improvements
- Worked in a comparable enterprise environment (complex system/banking)
- Has clear communication in English (written and verbal)
- Has basic knowledge of Azure-DevOps (pré)
