Asset Data Management: The department is responsible for data management, asset data solutions, and asset data science and analytics. This includes e.g. developing internal asset data processes, governance, standards, delivery, and quality. Tasks of Asset Data Management: - strategic development of asset data management - defining the vision on Asset Data Management including associated milestones for the short, middle and long term - implementation of relevant projects to improve the data management capabilities- asset data lifecycle management and quality control of asset data - strengthening, harmonizing, and innovating the asset data operational data and documentation teams - strengthening, harmonizing and innovating the asset data findability by using the asset data desk as central place - developing and implementing asset data science and analytics - develop data driven approach to grid health and asset risk position - strengthening, harmonizing, and innovating overall asset data management, e.g. by introducing an overarching, central approach for BIM technology and for the development of a unified view on asset health - leadership and coordination of internal projects, membership in relevant internal and external panels, - active participation in creating a safe work environment for himself/herself, for colleagues, and for contractors

Our client is growing fast to realize its strategic ambitions. They play a leading role in driving the energy transition. We are looking for a passionate Project Management Office Support Specialist Asset Data Chain who will contribute to this and that might be you.
The Project Management Office for the asset data chain enables and continuously develops further the Agile Change Portfolio Management for asset data improvement projects. As Project Management Office Support Specialist (m/f/d) for the asset data chain, you will support the PMO Coordinator, the PMO team, and key stakeholders of the asset data chain in organizational, steering, and strategic matters.
Your main task as PMO Support Specialist Asset Data Chain is to prepare and facilitate the 6-weekly decision-making body meetings;
progress and support the PMO team and key stakeholders of the asset data chain to be able to deliver results;
You will support and guide (together with the PMO coordinator) in performance management. You will take care of the proper implementation of KPIs and OKRs (Objectives, Key Results), data gathering, and dashboarding for the asset data chain, including alignment with the relevant stakeholders;
Stepping into your new role, you will work together with the PMO team on further implementing and improving the Agile Change Portfolio Management methodology (processes, governance, templates, training) in the departments.
You and Your Talent:
You hold an academic degree in business administration or comparable, have a proven affinity with information management, and are experienced in working in a technical environment;
You preferably have experience in portfolio and performance management, asset data management, and change management, preferably in the utility sector;
You preferably have experience in agile setups and project delivery (eg Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) or are keen to learn in the development area;
You are able to keep the overview and to connect in a complex environment of stakeholders whilst steering on progress, collaboration, and on-time delivery;
You have excellent team working and communication skills and demonstrate a high degree of assertiveness whilst ensuring a sustainable connection to your stakeholders across different hierarchy levels;
You have excellent language (written and spoken) and presentation skills in English and either German or Dutch;
When circumstances allow traveling we expect you to travel regularly to other locations in Germany and the Netherlands for cooperation with stakeholders and your project team members.
Conditions:
The duty station is Arnhem, and hybrid working is possible (2 days in the office: Tuesday and Thursday); Travel to Germany and other locations approx once a month;
