Job Description:

Do you have a vision on how to improve the development experience for their engineers, so that they can efficiently develop features for their customers?

As a Developer for Tech4Dev, you will be part of squads that are responsible for developing technology that enables their engineers to plan & design. The goal is to automate and standardize as much as possible and provide easy-to-use services for the engineers, so that can quickly and easily plan & design new features.

Within Tribe Tech4Engineering, area Tech4Dev, their squads work on tools and supporting processes that help over 400 squads to build their modern digital experience, while ensuring the highest standards for quality, performance, and security.

You will work closely together with their squad members, the product owner, the scrum master, and solution architects. You leverage their engineering experience.

Responsibilities/tasks

• Programming in C# and .Net Core.
• Frontend Development using TypeScript and React.
• Experience with the Azure DevOps API.
• Azure DevOps extensions development.
• Creating API-oriented service offerings.
• Azure Cloud: Log Analytics, Storage Tables, Azure Function
  & SDLC knowledge.

Nice to have:

• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps Engineer).
• Has Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Has Knowledge of Configuration & Development.
• Permission structures within Azure DevOps & CI/CD Has experience in Azure.
• Management of Azure DevOps organizational settings.
  

In addition, it is important that you are a team player, have leadership skills, and recognize yourself in the checklist below:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in Agile/scrum and preferably in complex projects.
• DevOps mindset and understanding of engineering technologies (or willing to obtain this understanding).
• Experience with scripting such as bash, PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc (Pre).
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps REST API (Pre) & Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• You are proactive, hands-on, and have a practical mindset.
• Involved in complex analysis and implementation questions.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
• Presentation skills, preferably experience in giving workshops and training.
