Job Title: Maintenance Specialist - Laser Alignment Tools

Job Description:

Macdillions Global Energy is looking for an experienced Maintenance Specialist proficient in alignment and the use of laser alignment tools to join our team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper alignment and maintenance of equipment in the oil and gas, manufacturing, aerospace, and IT industries.

Responsibilities:

• Perform precision alignment of pumps, motors, turbines, generators, and other rotating equipment using laser alignment tools.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose alignment issues and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and implement alignment and maintenance strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on alignment best practices and the use of laser alignment tools.
• Maintain accurate records of alignment measurements, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and alignment of industrial equipment
• Proficiency in laser alignment tools and software
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
