Job Description
Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for Microsoft desktop and cloud solutions. Collaborate with senior engineers in incident resolution, documenting issues and contributing to knowledge base improvement.
Engage in learning programs to build technical skills and prepare for career advancement in Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to technical support requests via ticketing systems and live communication channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues related to Microsoft platforms.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams and follow up on resolutions.
• Maintain documentation of support cases and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and certification preparation.
• Communicate effectively with internal IT teams and end-users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Azure services.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to pursue Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900 or MS-900.
