In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining Teams and VOIP systems, ensuring seamless communication for our clients. Your day-to-day tasks include planning, implementing, and managing Teams and VOIP projects, supporting system migrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and creating comprehensive documentation. Collaboration with project management and other technical teams will be integral to your success.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in telephony and VOIP systems, especially with migration to Microsoft Teams
- Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in designing and documenting telephony migration solutions
- Excellent communication skills in German and good command of English
- Independent, proactive work style with high initiative
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on the latest technologies
- Flexibility for remote work; onsite presence in Berlin may be required

- Deep knowledge of VOIP and telephony systems
- Experience with Microsoft Teams deployment and support
- Skills in project planning and documentation
