Your Role:

🔹 Draft and review contracts with vendors supplying power banks, solar panels, and laptops to freelancers.
🔹 Ensure contractual agreements include clauses for equipment recovery when a freelancer exits, facilitating smooth transitions to the next hire.
🔹 Provide legal guidance on compliance, risk mitigation, and contract enforcement.
🔹 Support the efficient management of contractors by ensuring vendor agreements align with company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Qualified Nigerian lawyer with experience in contract drafting and vendor agreements.
