About the Role

Youll be joining a dynamic, innovation-led team driving automation for carbon-fibre manufacturing processes. Your main focus will be on:

• Programming PLC systems 

• Integrating and programming industrial robots (ideally KUKA)

• Designing, testing, and optimising new and existing production systems

• Creating and interpreting circuit diagrams and control cabinets

• Collaborating closely with Research, Technology, and Production

• Shaping the automation roadmap with the opportunity to lead

What You Bring

• A degree or technician qualification in automation, electrical engineering, or mechatronics

• 2+ years of experience in industrial automation

• German Fluency at C1 Leve+

• Hands-on skills in PLC programming and robotics

• Technical know-how in sensor/actuator systems and control systems

• A structured, independent way of working and a solution-oriented mindset

• Bonus: Experience in aerospace, automotive, or similar high-tech industries
