About the job Full-Stack Product Engineer (m/f/d) | AI-Driven Digital Health

Location: Munich (Hybrid – 2-3 days in-office)

Sector: Digital Health / MedTech

Tech Stack: React, React Native, TypeScript, Python, Django, Kubernetes, AI/ML

The Opportunity: Technology with Purpose

This is a chance to join a well-funded, scaling HealthTech startup in Munich that is bridging the gap between traditional medicine and modern technology. Unlike many "pure-play" apps, this company operates its own medical practices alongside a sophisticated digital platform to improve long-term outcomes for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions.

As a Full-Stack Product Engineer, you will be part of a high-impact team building the tools that doctors and patients use every single day.

The Role

Working directly with the CTO and a cross-functional product team, you will have end-to-end ownership of features that translate clinical needs into reliable digital solutions.

  • Product Discovery: Collaborate with medical and product teams to define and architect new features.
  • Full-Stack Execution: Develop front-end workflows (React/Mobile) and robust back-end APIs (Python/Django).
  • AI Integration: Implement practical AI/ML applications, such as RAG architectures, to enhance patient care and data utility.
  • Infrastructure: Maintain and scale a modern environment using Kubernetes and TypeScript.

Your Profile

  • Experience: 3+ years in professional software development (5+ years for Senior-level consideration).
  • Core Stack: Proven proficiency with React / React Native and Python (Django).
  • Modern Tools: Experience with Kubernetes and a strong interest (or practical experience) in AI/ML/LLM integration.
  • Pragmatic Mindset: You value "clean and functional" over "complex for the sake of it," with a focus on ownership and delivery.
  • Language: C1 German is mandatory (due to regular collaboration with clinical staff) alongside professional English.

Why Consider This?

  • Real Impact: Your code directly influences the quality of life for chronically ill patients.
  • Financial Upside: Competitive salary (€75k – €100k) plus participation in a Virtual Stock Option Program (VSOP).
  • Hybrid Culture: A balanced approach to work with 2-3 days in a central Munich office and the rest from home.
  • Wellbeing & Growth: 28 days holiday, fitness memberships (Wellpass), and a dedicated personal development budget.
  • Stability: Backed by significant funding with a clear, sustainable business model.
