Business Development Associate Latin America (Remote)
About the Role:
Our client, a leading crypto payment processor, is seeking a Business Development Associate to expand its presence in the Spanish-speaking Latin American market. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with experience in B2B sales, fintech, crypto payments, or iGaming.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage decision-makers in iGaming and fintech industries.
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media.
Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
Qualify leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage sales pipeline and update CRM (HubSpot).
Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, fintech, crypto, or iGaming.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
