Our client, a fast-growing provider of customer experience technology, is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to establish and lead its outbound sales development function in the U.S. market. This is a strategic role with strong career advancement potential, offering the opportunity to work with a modern SaaS product serving thousands of global businesses.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in outbound prospecting, is self-motivated, and demonstrates the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with sales leadership. This position is suited for someone looking to grow into an Account Executive or team lead role within 6 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a structured outbound sales development strategy.

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through various outreach methods including cold calling, email, and social platforms.

  • Represent The Client at 3 to 5 industry events per year (domestic travel expected).

  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.

  • Maintain and exceed performance metrics including meetings booked, opportunities generated, and revenue influenced.

  • Track activity and pipeline development using modern CRM tools and reporting standards.

  • Contribute feedback on outbound messaging, tools, and strategy to refine the overall sales process.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role within the technology sector.

  • Strong ability to work independently and take full ownership of goals and deliverables.

  • Demonstrated success generating pipeline and moving prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel.

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging executive-level stakeholders.

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment where flexibility and accountability are valued.

  • Motivated by clear goals and career progression into sales or team leadership.
