Salesforce | Senior Solution Consultant (Business Analyst)

Senior Solution Consultant is responsible for delivering software solution implementation services to customers.

This person will involve in the implementation project where we have to understand chosen software deeply and also overall architecture. 

To accomplish this, the person must have a strong desire to leverage their technical skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, design technical workflow, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.

Role:

• Evaluates possibilities with different technologies and platforms.
• Understand customer goals and challenges and establish company's solution as the best solution available.
• Design solution based on business requirement (Focusing on CRM, Salesforce Automation, Customer Services Solution, Marketing Automation, and other Business Process Management).
• Involve in End to End Implementation Project (Gathering Requirement, Design, Implementation, UAT, Budget, Timeline, Expertise, and Training).
• Understand overall technology used in the project and be able to discuss integration.
• Participate in all product, sales, and process training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective.
• Analyses technical requirements and translates them into implementable application designs and configurations. 
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects on integration, and data consultants, and others, as needed, for specific technical design requirements.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience 3 years in Project management is a plus.
• Experience 3 years in Senior level or Team Leader level is a plus.
• Experience 3 years in Salesforce, CRM solution or Digital Consulting is a plus.
• Experience in Software or Application development and SQL is a plus.
• Experience in Software and Architecture design, Software development life cycle is a plus.
• Experience in Creating Business Diagram, Flowchart, Database or Database Schema design.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate into technical specifications.
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems in varied political environments.
• Demonstrate initiative and self motivation, to deliver high quality work, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
• Good command in English as TOEIC Score 650+ is a plus.
• Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience will be shortlisted.
• Salesforce Certification is a plus.
