Job description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year degree course
- Preferably Business Management Course.
- Contact and inquire saturated suppliers regarding the construction materials they are offering.
- Collate necessary documents needed for the accreditation of suppliers.
- Filing and recording of files and/or documents submitted by all accredited suppliers in each separate folder.
- Prepares bidding proposals and/or request for sales quotations for requested construction materials needed on site.
- Prepare and place purchase order to the chosen suppliers.
- Monitor delivery schedule of construction materials purchased.
- Checking & review of costing reports related to construction materials prices before final approval.
- Follow up Online Payment of Supplier, Submission of Accomplished Windows Inspection for payment, provide attachments in Billing Statements of Suppliers.
