Loans Processor

Job Summary:

• Responsible in preparation, assessment and evaluation of applicants qualifications for housing loan applications.
• Receiving and keeping housing loan requirements and documents of the clients
• Preparation of borrower's loan evaluation sheet and the corresponding loan disclosure statement to determine the qualification/capacity to pay of the borrower to apply for a housing loan with Pag-IBIG Fund.
• Monitor and provide a status report of the assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably a Business Administration degree course
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba City
