Security Officer
About the job Security Officer
Job Description:
The position shall ensure that all security issues and cases are resolved immediately. It shall also coordinate and work together with the Companys Security Agency in ensuring that all security measures and protocols are upheld.
- Coordinates with the Security Agency with regards to new security guard deployments or terminations.
- Visits the site at different times of the day.
- Prepares a weekly report indicating any and all issues observed in each site.
- Creates various policies relevant to security issues in the site including but not limited to guard house, theft case handling, car accidents, resistance issues
- Must be physically present in all cases that occur in the site.
- Coordinates and Files theft cases that occur in the site
- Visits the Barangay Offices and Police Stations nearest the Companys various sites.
- Coordinates with the I.T. Team in monitoring CCTV footages relevant to investigations.
- Conducts various trainings for the Companys Engineers and Customer Care staff in policy implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Criminology or a related field.
- Preferably experienced in driving both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
