Planning and Design Manager

Job Description:

· Coordinates and reports directly to the Vice President of Engineering and Management Committee with regards to the Projected Plan set forth to evaluate Engineering Plans, Design, and Specifications accordingly.

· The position manages and secures all designs and specifications needed for the newly acquired property to be operational for development.

· Coordinates with the outsourced Architect and Engineers for preparation of plans.

· Evaluates Gantt Chart and budget for the proposed project/s (Housing, Land Development).

· Facilitate the review of agreements between the company and all contractors.

· Accommodates contractors concerns relayed through the Project Engineer/ Area Manager.

· Evaluates design and costing of special projects for bidding procedure.

· Assists Sales and Marketing Department for their Clients technical concerns.

· Assists other Departments concerns regarding the design and specifications of all ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications:

· Civil Engineering Graduate

· With 5 years of experience

· Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
Project management and supervision skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer
