COC and Turn Over Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Post Project Engineer coordinates directly with the Vice President for Engineering, Customer Care Area Manager and HOA Relation with regards to the relayed Projected Plan set forth by the Management, to comply with the required Permits & Licenses applications of all projects to be turned over to Local Government Unit (LGU).
• Coordinates with the Permits and Licensing Team on the preparation of request letters and documents needed for the application of the Certificate of Occupancy (COC) from DHSUD and Turn Over from LGU.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in CAD operation
