Job description

Qualifications:

  • With or without experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Graduate of 4-year course or preferably a Financial Management degree course.
  • Willing to be assigned and relocate to different branch of Lynville.

Job Description:

  • Receiving and receipting of collection.
  • Ensures that collections are deposited daily.
  • Coordination with Fleet Administrator and/or driver for the deposit schedule.
  • Verify all records before release of allowance requested, make sure that no unrequested allowances and must be with the approval of Branch Manager.
  • Identified deposits and PDC receipts must be monitored and received from Treasury Staff- Collection within a week.
  • Assist Treasury Staff- Collection in the identification of daily direct deposit and bills payment transactions.
  • Daily submission of Allowance & Commission Request on or before the given time.
  • Consolidate complete requirements for bond refund request of client.
  • Maintain promptness in submission of reports.
  • Monthly reconciliation of payment records based on the sent report of accounting with the help of Branch Manager.
