Job description
Qualifications:
- With or without experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Graduate of 4-year course or preferably a Financial Management degree course.
- Willing to be assigned and relocate to different branch of Lynville.
Job Description:
- Receiving and receipting of collection.
- Ensures that collections are deposited daily.
- Coordination with Fleet Administrator and/or driver for the deposit schedule.
- Verify all records before release of allowance requested, make sure that no unrequested allowances and must be with the approval of Branch Manager.
- Identified deposits and PDC receipts must be monitored and received from Treasury Staff- Collection within a week.
- Assist Treasury Staff- Collection in the identification of daily direct deposit and bills payment transactions.
- Daily submission of Allowance & Commission Request on or before the given time.
- Consolidate complete requirements for bond refund request of client.
- Maintain promptness in submission of reports.
- Monthly reconciliation of payment records based on the sent report of accounting with the help of Branch Manager.
