Job Requirements 

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service
• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver top-notch customer service
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Create and maintain an engaging atmosphere for guests
• Monitor sales and implement strategies to maximize revenue
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to enhance the guest experience
• Manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new drinks or promotions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in managing inventory and stock control
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
