 Job Description:

Our client is seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager for Turks & Caicos. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving hotel revenue, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and meeting Sales targets, this role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to close deals. 

Job Brief

  • Drive hotel revenue by targeting new, existing, and prospective accounts.
  • Support the financial goals of the hotel through upselling, cost control, and promoting hotel products/packages.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, including monitoring promotions, pricing, availability, and test calls, and record findings regularly.
  • Share market intelligence and provide actionable feedback.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel services to address guest inquiries accurately.

Job Requirements 

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role, with expertise in the Leisure and Corporate segments.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a strong team player.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Cultural adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Opera.
