What You'll do:

- Design and support the architecture required for day-to-day Private Cloud operations.

- Ensure the stability, performance, availability, and reliability of Private Cloud infrastructure platforms.

- Lead infrastructure lifecycle management, obsolescence remediation, and modernization initiatives.

- Administer and optimize virtualization environments based on VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.

- Manage and support Windows Server and Linux (RHEL and Ubuntu) operating systems.

- Monitor and maintain storage environments, including SAN technologies, datastores, and file systems.

- Oversee backup and recovery operations using Veeam Backup & Replication.

- Perform infrastructure troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.

- Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, and availability assessments.

- Identify and mitigate infrastructure-related risks while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance operational efficiency and platform resilience.

Who You Are:

- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or Private Cloud environments.

- Strong experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization technologies.

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration.

- Experience managing Linux environments, particularly RHEL and Ubuntu.

- Good understanding of SAN storage technologies, datastores, and file systems.

- Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and backup/recovery operations.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot infrastructure, operating system, and performance-related issues.

- Experience with capacity management, service availability monitoring, and operational support.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively in technical environments.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on infrastructure reliability and modernization
