Tech Lead (Automation)

What You'll do:

- Lead and support the test automation strategy and technical direction;

- Analyse automation opportunities and define the most appropriate approach;

- Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and test suites;

- Design and execute automated tests across HMI, API and Batch environments;

- Identify, document and track bugs, regressions and incidents using Mantis or JIRA;

- Maintain and evolve the automated test estate in collaboration with development and Product teams;

- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and software factory processes;

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and test automation industrialisation;

- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams;

- Hybrid work model; 

Who You Are:

- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with experience as a Tech Lead Automation Engineer;

- Strong experience in test automation and QA best practices;

- Strong knowledge of Cypress and Python;

- Experience with Sauce Labs, Xray, Git and Postman;

- Experience with UFT and VBA;

- Knowledge of MongoDB;

- Experience with automated testing across HMI, API and Batch environments;

- Experience working in Agile environments;

- Good problem-solving and anomaly detection skills;

- Italian – B2 and Portuguese – B1;

- Strong communication, interpersonal and consulting skills;

- Team-oriented, adaptable and able to manage pressure:
